2008 Summer Concession Schedule updated 7/4/2008

Parents,

please help your SESR AA by recognizing the following:
There is a sign-in sheet in the concession stand to show you fulfilled your assigned volunteer duty.

If you do not sign the sheet your deposit check will be cashed.

If you switch duties with another parent you are responsible for your replacement showing up for your shift.

If your replacement does not sign the sheet in your assigned time your deposit check will be cashed (i.e., please find a responsible replacement that will show up and sign in.)

Volunteer hours should not have to be used resolving disputes about who completed their duty and/or who switched shifts with whom.

Your assistance in allowing this process to run more smoothly is appreciated beyond words!!!
